Load Debit Card® takes approximately 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for debit card loads to be credited.
Load Debit Card® takes approximately 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for bank transfers to be credited.
Load Debit Card® exchange rate is custom and based off several market resources that include converting funds to fiat. Our exchange rate is slightly lower than Blockchain and competitive. You must be logged in to your account to view our current exchange rate.
Load Debit Card® may change its commission structure at any time, without notice, according to market conditions.
Load Debit Card® may cancel a bank loading request, or debit card loading request, without notice, without explanation.
Load Debit Card® will refund your order if the order is returned from our platform. (small exchange fees may apply)
Load Debit Card® can load your Bank account, Visa®, or MasterCard® with USD or Euro.
Load Debit Card® reserves the right to ask you to submit your personal information if needed, as necessary to complete your order when you insert a loading request to our website. (Scanned Photo Documents, Passport, Drivers License, Proof of Address)
Load Debit Card® reserves the right to refuse our services to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Load Debit Card® does not collect, store, share, or send any information to anyone without a valid court order.
