HIGH Bitcoin Miner FEES!
Due to the recent supply and demand of Bitcoin the average miner fee (to send Bitcoin) is $10.00. We have to immediately adjust our website to accommodate that fee with our current service providers. In January 2018 we will have new service providers and we will review the Bitcoin miner fees again and make a new adjustment if necessary.

Important Announcement
We want to wish all of our customers happy holiday’s and announce some very important new services to our website:
Global Debit Card Loading- We have setup a new processor that can load just about any existing bank card, debit card, or prepaid debit card in the world. Our current provider is able to load a large portion of the bank card market but our new provider can load just about every type of debit / credit card / bank card / prepaid card issued from any bank, all over the world. This is a major announcement as our US market has been previously excluded.
US Residents Debit Card Loading- Our new debit card service will be available to US residents and just about every other country in the world. (Excluding Restricted Territories)
US Residents Banking- We have also setup a new processor specifically for US residents to sell their cryptocurrency directly to their local bank account (ACH transfers). ACH transfers are a lot less expensive and funds arrive quicker (1-2 days) than traditional Swift wire transfers. The majority of cryptocurrency users are from the US market and we are glad to finally be able to accommodate services to you.
China Residents Debit Card Loading- We have also setup a new processor to load China Union Pay cards. If you have one, we can load it.
In conclusion, we expect to have these new services operating and fully functional on the website by the end of January 2018. While we make these significant changes to the website there may be possible sever downtime, service outages, 404 not found errors, and other normal issues while making these changes.
Again, we want to thank you as our customer and we are expecting a very successful year for 2018!

How we are handling the Bitcoin Hard Fork Aug. 01 2017
July 31, 2017: LDC will turn off our loading platform. Keep all your bitcoins on private keys that you control. Do not store them at exchanges or online wallets where you do not control the private keys. Do not send or receive bitcoins starting on July 31. Just hodl and wait for the hard fork to play out.

August 1, 2017: Bitcoin will hard-fork into two chains (Bitcoin and “Bitcoin Cash”). After August 1, 2017 (hours, days, or even weeks) LDC will turn back on loading of Bitcoin and other digital assets once it is safe to again send/receive bitcoins.

We have completed an extensive update on our website and services. In that update we now have the ability to load USD and Euro denominated prepaid debit cards / bank cards.
We have also rewritten our API and Plugin module.
This update has been a long time in planning and we are proud to have it completed.
Service restrictions: Unfortunately on the card loading function of the website we cannot load US residents debit cards. We can however send you a bank wire. We will be looking to resolve that issue as we meet other service partners. We can card load the entire rest of the world except the other handful of restricted countries.
If you own a business you can load your client debit cards using the API or Plugin module and make money.
We have also taken on more live support staff that will be ready to assist you with your transfers instantly.

Bank cards, debit cards issued from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Loading Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan bank cards is live now.
We have modified the website to accept RUR (Ruble) $10 Minimum / $15000 Maximum, UAH (HRYVNIA) $50 Minimum / $10000 Maximum, KZT (Tenge) $1,000 Minimum / $100,000 Maximum on debit card loading.

We have some important clarification on our Load ANY Bank account available in 180 countries.
US Account Holders: When we load your bank account we send you a SWIFT transfer.
European Union Account Holders: When we load your bank account we send you a SEPA transfer.
Everywhere Else in the World Account Holders: When we load your bank account we send you a SWIFT transfer.

We are planning partnering to load US bank accounts using the ACH network. We hope to have this as a loading option in the future. When you use the Load ANY Bank account form please insert the data in the appropriate fields to receive your transfer super fast!

Our Load ANY Debit Card service has been disabled due to technical issues with the provider. We do not have a specific date when this service will be back. The service will be replaced with a new provider. We are talking to a new provider that can process orders faster than the old provider, and processing fees should be cheaper. We are also tracing a handful of loading requests that have not posted to a few members debit cards from last week.
