We can currently load USD, Euro, British Pound, RUR (Ruble), UAH (HRYVNIA) and KZT (Tenge) currencies to your Bank or Reloadable Prepaid card.

You can check the card balance at your card provider's web site or by calling them directly. Keeping track of your balance is a sure way to know how much you have to spend. The provider issuing your card may also allow you to check your balance at ATMs or other locations. Contact your specific provider to learn about the balance-checking options they offer.

Your order is processed instantly. However, on USD/EUR/GBP orders funds are posted sometimes instantly, or it can take up to 3 business days for Visa and Mastercard networks to show up on your Bank card or Prepaid Debit Card. In normal circumstances, funds post to your Visa or Mastercard the following business day. (Weekends and Holidays Excluded) RUB/UAH orders, funds are posted 1-2 business days. KZT orders, funds are posted 1-2 business days.

In some cases we found that if you load a “NEW” debit card that has NO transaction history, NEVER been loaded using traditional card loading options, may be blocked when loaded though our website. To correct the issue the customer had to request a “CHECK” written from the card issuer to receive the card balance and close the account. Always make sure you load a debit card that has been funded previously, and has previous transaction history before using our service. Some card issuers do not like their cards being loaded by a 3rd party service. As a result, we stand by every customer, and every debit card load transaction processed though our website. If for any reason we cannot process your card loading request we will give you a refund on your purchase.

As a matter of fact, we do! Anyone who has a merchant account can generate an API key to perform account functions in their own application or system.
